What we collect

When you request access we store your email address, the agent CLIs you named, what you wrote about your use, and the time you asked.

When you send a report we store what you wrote, the contact and version details you chose to enter, any screenshot you attach, and the time you sent it.

What we do not collect

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. The only cookie is the sign-in cookie for our own admin area, which visitors never receive. Cokpit itself stores no credentials for your agent CLIs.

Rate limiting

To stop abuse we keep a one-way scrambled form of your network address, and never the address itself. It is stored with your access request. For reports it is held in memory for up to an hour and not saved.

Mail

We send mail from our own server. We do not share your address with a mailing service.

A copy of each mail we send you is kept in our mail queue record, with your address and the content. The access key inside the key mail is erased from that record after 14 days.

Our mail server keeps delivery logs that include the recipient address.

When you request access, a notice with your email address and your answer is sent to the person who approves requests.

Your key

Your email address is part of the label of your key on our license server. It is also kept in our approval log and in the record of your key's issue and expiry dates.

Keeping and deleting

We keep requests and reports until the alpha ends or you ask us to delete them.

To ask, send a deletion request through the report form, naming the email address you used to request access. We handle these by hand. A deletion covers your request, your reports and screenshots, and the records above. A withdrawn key stays on our license server with its label, and a deletion request covers that record too. We delete it by hand.
